I found a bug yesterday that was causing multiple rushd's to be left behind.

If you invoke 'rush -ljf SOMEJOBID' with a jobid that doesn't exist,
it causes the daemon to leave a copy of itself behind.

This makes for some confusion with the daemon.

I'll have a fix release available probably by Monday.

If this is biting you hard right now, contact me, and I can probably
supply you with a fix binary asap.
