Rush 102.42a7 seems to work fine under Vista.. no modifications needed.

	OK, one thing I just caught.. looks like 'rushtop' isn't showing
	information for the vista machines.

	Not fatal to the normal operation of rush, but annoying.
	Will see if I can solve that in a fix release.
