SUBMIT-SHAKE-QUICKTIME FIX -- for 102.42a8 and older

One of the evalers noticed the submit-shake-quicktime.pl script
has a problem that caused many of the codec selections not to work,
causing shake to fall back to a default quicktime codec, instead of
the selected codec. The error would show up as:

error:  - NRiCompressor - corrupted input data (length)
A requested QuickTime codec could not be selected.
QuickTime FileOuts specifying this codec will not render.
2007-08-13 19:35:38.962 shake[2412] No file moved to the trash.
