Dear List-
In addition to my first post, I am looking to get feedback from anyone with
field experience using networking gear from Extreme Networks or Force 10
Networks.
I am mostly curious about the level and quality of support from their TAC
centers and whether or not they have been able to provide rapid and timely
support in a consistent fashion. Of course, other key areas of interest
would be performance, quality of software, interoperability, reliability,
quirks and any oddities they might have. Most importantly, I would like to
hear if any of you have experienced a "I shoulda gone with Cisco" moment in
a post-deployment environment.
