	The reason for the "10.4 and up" message was that I simply
	had not tested on 10.3.

	I just did check it this morning, and found the
	102.42a9 universal binaries for the Mac run fine on 10.3 (PPC).
	I just wasn't sure they would, but they do run fine.

	I've modified the release pages to indicate 10.3.x is supported.
