If you're seeing either of these two errors on Leopard systems
when running either REDline or After Effects renders:
1) FAILED TO GET ASN FROM CORESERVICES so aborting
2) CFMessagePort: bootstrap_register(): failed 1100 (0x44c)
...let me know via direct email, as I have a workaround that involves
a small one line modification to the S99rush boot script.
The above errors you'll see on applications that try to access the
window manager (whether they actually open windows or not), and run
into trouble with Apple's technote TN2083, which is new in Leopard.
