Done -- give this a try:
http://www.seriss.com/rush/releases/patches/rushtop-single-and-nosort.zip
(Use your downloads password. If you don't know what it is, contact me.)
That zip contains new rushtop executables for mac/linux/windows:
mac/rushtop -- for all versions of OSX (intel/ppc)
windows/rushtop.exe -- for all versions of windows
fedora3/rushtop -- for most 32bit and 64bit versions of Linux
ubuntu7-64/rushtop -- Use this if you've got a 64bit linux the fedora3 binary doesn't work with
You can either use the install scripts in the zip file to install,
or just copy the appropriate binary for your platform into the
appropriate rush directory (rename out the old one first):
WIN: c:\rush\bin\rushtop.exe
MAC: /usr/local/rush/Applications/rushtop.app/Contents/MacOS/rushtop
LINUX: /usr/local/rush/bin/rushtop
Note that on the Mac the rushtop binary is NOT in rush/bin,
it's in the .app directory shown above. The 'rushtop' you'll
find in the rush/bin directory is a *script*, so don't replace that.
