Greetings all,

Though slightly OT I thought I would ask everyone's opinion as to what is the best system management tool for Linux. I have about 20 CentOS boxes in my render farm now and no workstations (yet), but I'm sure that number will grow eventually.

The first solution I've looked at is RedHat Satellite/Spacewalk, which seems oriented around large scale server farm management. Two others I've come across are CFEngine and Puppet. The latter two have the advantage of supporting multiple operating systems, but I have no plans to use/support multiple distros.

Your input is much appreciated,

-Dan
