Looks like your mail program is word wrapping the logs.
I decided to focus on the "Render" command; breaking out the arguments:
Render -r vray
-proj /Casino/Poker/Shows/tst/tstCOMMON/tstDEV/lgt/maya/dbrowne/tstDEV_vray2013_test
-s 1001 -e 1010 -b 1
-preRender 'source "/EEP/Tools/Settings/Autodesk/maya2013/scripts/EEPmel/renameStereoCams.mel";'
-postRender 'source "/EEP/Tools/Settings/Autodesk/maya2013/scripts/EEPmel/postRenderProxies.mel";'
-rd /Casino/Poker/Shows/tst/tstCOMMON/tstDEV/lgt/maya/dbrowne/tstDEV_vray2013_test/images
/Casino/Poker/Shows/tst/tstCOMMON/tstDEV/lgt/maya/dbrowne/tstDEV_vray2013_test/scenes/tstDEV_lgt_vray2013_test_v001.ma.log/tstDEV_lgt_vray2013_test_v001.ma
I'm wondering if that -preRender mel code might be causing the problem.
If the -preRender mel script is messing around with the output paths (sounds
like it would be for stereo rendering), then the problem /might/ be that code
needs updating to support maya 2013 + vray plugin. (I'm assuming you may have
upgraded maya/vray, if vray rendering was working OK before)
