Just received a report that Maya 2014 doesn't come pre-packaged
with the Mental Ray plugin, it's a separate install now.

If the mray plugin doesn't show in the list, be sure the mental ray
plugin option has been /installed/, as it's no longer part of the main
Maya distro in 2014, according to the report.
