     The 103 version of Rush comes with the new python submit scripts
     in rush/examples/python/submit_*.py

     There is also a Rush 102 backport of these scripts, so that you can
     use them for e.g. Rush 102.42a9c. These are available here:
     http://seriss.com/rush/releases/patches/rush-python-submits-for-102.42a9c/
     (Use your 102 downloads password to access it)

     These scripts all work with the stock versions of Python 2.x available
     under linux and osx.. no special GUI versions of python are needed.
     For Windows, you can either use activestate or python.org releases of python.
