This allows one to monitor the load status of an entire render farm, or select groups of machines via specifying hostnames or hostgroups on the command line.
In the Cpu and Ram bars, blue indicates a resource is in use, Green means unused. In the Cpu bar, red indicates kernel use, such as disk or network I/O. In the Swap bar, yellow indicates swap space has been reserved, green indicates unused/free swap, and orange indicates heavy paging activity that might noticably affect the machine's interactive response.
(New in 102.40f) Hostnames will show in green if they are 'online' in rush (accepting jobs), or gray if they are 'offline' (not accepting jobs). e.g.
